Pricing:

• We charge $40/hr for computer repair, upgrading, and misc troubleshooting on other equipment
• Computer building is a flat fee of $125, if built with new parts
• There is a flat fee of $20 for initial diagnostics. This is due before any trip is made by Solitec for initial pickup. We will discuss thoroughly via phone/text/email prior to making the trip to make sure your money isn't wasted.
• Under all circumstances, parts are to be paid for UP FRONT by the customer before the repair is made.
• Once the hourly rate starts, the customer is due to pay a flat $15 fee for consumables. This is for supplies such as thermal paste, rubbing alcohol, shop towels, etc.
• There will be separate invoices for parts and diagnostic, since those are due up front, invoice with billable hours and mileage will be provided at completion of a job. Parts and diagnosis fees will be included, but marked as paid for record keeping purposes.
• In many cases, you will have the option to either have us pick up a needed part the same day from best buy / microcenter. This is of course faster than ordering the part, but can be more expensive in store. Mileage rates apply when picking up parts in person instead of ordering, but driving is not billed hourly.
• Non paying customers WILL be blacklisted.
